Dahlia Tuber Sale Policy:

❀ All dahlia tubers are inspected prior to sale and are shipped in plant-ready condition with an intact tuber body, healthy neck, and at least one visible eye.

❀ Every effort is made to accurately label all varieties; however, occasional human error may occur.

If a dahlia blooms as a different variety than purchased, please contact me with a clear photo once the bloom opens. Once confirmed, a refund will be issued for the original purchase price of the affected tuber.

❀ Due to the nature of live plant material, refunds or replacements cannot be issued for tubers that rot, fail to sprout, or are affected by planting conditions, soil, weather, pests, storage, or care after purchase.

❀ Viruses are very common within dahlias and may be present without visible signs. Because of this, refunds are not issued for virus concerns. Care is taken to prevent the spread of such viruses however, sometimes it can be inevitable.

Liability is limited to the purchase price of the tuber only.
